CenterBarre is excited to announce the “Now Crew” – a new program designed specifically for “exercise phobics.” If you are tired of being tired, and fed up with the pain and stiffness that comes with being out of shape and carrying a few extra pounds, the Now Crew is perfect for you! Expect to look and feel stronger, leaner, and more flexible by the end of this 8-week program. Get ready to feel great in the skin you’re in!
The Now Crew is a carefully guided 8-week program with one class in-studio per week paired with a detailed exercise program and daily check-ins aimed to jump-start your overall wellness and fitness.
- Classes are Saturdays at 12:15-1:30 pm starting September 30th – November 18th
- This will be a class for Now Crew clients only. Finally, a class devoted to you and people just like you.
- Class size is limited so your instructor can focus on your specific needs and modifications. All Now Crew members will receive a Crew Pack, filled with all of the equipment you’ll need to get leaner and stronger.
