The term overuse injury is an all too common phrase these days. For those of us who love sport and fitness, the term seems inevitable.
Janet is not only a fantastic teacher, who instructs with obvious experience and love for what she does, but she is also a great motivator, cheering us on and encouraging us to use the class to its full potential. She is always very conscientious about helping make gentle corrections, and by doing so, she assures we are in the correct position for avoiding injury and achieving optimum results when it comes to getting the most from the class.
The workout is addicting! The staff is very friendly, attentive, helpful and supportive. They know the clients by name and help during class. Janet knows how to motivate the class and her enthusiasm and attention to the smallest details of each workout is greatly appreciated.
I was blessed to have met Janet Katleman about 2 ½ years ago. I have to admit that at first, I was a little intimidated by her due to her strength and flexibility, but I soon came to appreciate that she thoroughly embodies her passion for fitness, health, and life balance.
